If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with a full refund. No questions asked! Just contact us within 7 days from receiving your product to schedule a return. Upon us receiving your return we will issue you a full refund.

We will gladly accept returns if you receive products that are significantly different than described on our website and we are notified in writing by you within 7 days of delivery of the products. If you do not notify us within 7 days of delivery of the products, then we cannot provide any refund. You can notify us via email at within 7 days of delivery of the products and we will review your refund request. Other than as described in this paragraph, there are no refunds.

Delivered items:
If there is no one present to sign for your package upon delivery, it will still be left at your house or in your mailbox. Amanda NY is not responsible for packages once they are delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure proper acceptance of the package upon delivery.

Correct shipping address and package acceptance:
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and be available to accept the package upon delivery. If we ship to the address you provide and the shipping carrier returns the package to us due to there being an address issue or you were not available to accept the package, you would be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with us shipping the product back to you. Please confirm your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Customs clearance and your country taxes:
It is your responsibility to communicate properly with customs and provide them any information they request from you. In addition, if your country or state requires taxes to be paid upon receiving the package, it is your responsibility to pay for all applicable taxes. If a shipping carrier returns the package to us due to there being a customs or tax related issue, you would be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with us shipping the product back to you.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately all sales are final for sale items and cannot be refunded.

If a refund is approved by someone on our staff, you must first return the products to us in brand new, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging within 7 days of our approval. If you cannot meet these conditions then we cannot offer a refund. Return instructions will be provided by someone on our staff if your refund is approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned products. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If your refund is rejected, you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning your products.

Please make sure to use a trackable shipping service and to purchase shipping insurance when returning your products to us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned products and we must receive these products within 7 days of the return authorization.

If your refund was approved by us and processed, and you have not received it yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
